Miss Scarlet and The Duke

After her father dies, Eliza Scarlet finds herself facing a difficult choice. As an unmarried woman, Miss Scarlet can do one of two things: she can face certain poverty without a husband to provide for her, or she can take on the challenge of running her late father's detective agency. The latter path being unthinkable for a respectable Victorian lady, according to those closest to her. Along the way, she finds an unlikely partner in her childhood friend, the unconventional Detective Inspector William Wellington of Scotland Yard, known as "The Duke. The pair begin to tackle the crimes and mysteries together. Will the colleagues strike up a love interest along the way? We can only hope!
